复现Style Transfer for Headshot Portraits

第1步 最难的一步

Go to libs/ and follow the instructions to install SIFT-flow

先去提示的网站下载项目

Instructions: http://people.csail.mit.edu/celiu/ECCV2008/

按照SIFT-flow的readme提示操作

在matlab打开SIFT-flow项目使用mex命令

需要安装 MinGW 

安装MATLAB Support for MinGW-w64 C/C++ Compiler会失败，

4.10号 安装完之后，运行还是会报错，SIFT-FLOW这里，mex命令没有用。
